The inspiration for this piece came from one of my favourite painters (Monet), as l love the colours and depth in his paintings. The main method l used was to bond silk dyed fabrics and fibre and strips of fabric. Fabric medium was used to give texture and l used hand stitching and machine stitching and then overpainted with acrylics. Size 23" x 35" or 59cm x 87cm |
